1. Who we are

Cronus Market Intelligence, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information.

Account information. When you create a subscription, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read them. We also store the subscription tier you hold, your account status, and the dates your subscription began, renewed, lapsed, or was cancelled.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, receive, or store your card number, expiry date, or security code at any point. Stripe provides us with a customer identifier and a subscription identifier, which we store so that your account can be matched to your subscription. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Service usage information. We record the number of AI assistant queries you make in a given month, so that we can apply the query allowance included in your subscription tier. We record which parts of the platform your subscription entitles you to access. We keep basic server logs, which include IP address, browser type, and the times of requests, for security and troubleshooting.

Alert preferences. If you choose to receive alerts, we store the delivery preferences you set. If you opt in to text message alerts, we store the mobile number you provide for that purpose. If you opt in to mobile push notifications, we store a device token issued by Apple or Google so that notifications can be delivered to your device.

Enquiries. If you contact us, we keep your message and the contact details you provide so that we can respond.

Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the platform. It is necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking or advertising technology on the subscriber platform.

3. Information the mobile applications collect

The RegimeSignal mobile applications for iOS and Android display our subscriber platform inside a secure in-app browser. They do not contain advertising software, tracking software, analytics software, or crash reporting software.

The applications collect the same information described above, through your use of the platform: your email address and account identifier when you sign in, and your service usage. If you enable push notifications, the application stores a device token for that purpose. The applications do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

No purchases are made inside the applications. Subscriptions are purchased only on our website.

4. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and to authenticate you when you sign in.
• To provide the research, signals, dashboards and AI assistant features included in your subscription.
• To process your subscription, apply the correct entitlements, and manage renewals, lapses and cancellations.
• To send you the alerts and notifications you have asked for.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
• To comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes described in this policy:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Hostinger — website and application hosting.
• Twilio Inc. — delivery of text message alerts, where you have opted in.
• Google LLC and Apple Inc. — delivery of mobile push notifications, where you have opted in.
• Anthropic PBC — processing of queries you submit to the AI assistant feature.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within thirty days, except where we are required to retain records for longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Billing records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their own retention requirements.

7. Your rights and choices

Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. See the Account and Data Deletion page for how to make a deletion request.

Alerts and marketing. You can change your alert preferences at any time in your account settings. Text message alerts can be stopped by replying STOP to any message. Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings. We will continue to send essential service messages relating to your account and billing.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Our lawful bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you, your consent where you have given it, and our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We will respond to any request within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Security

We protect your information using encryption in transit, hashed password storage, access controls, and storage of subscriber records outside the publicly reachable part of our web server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Children

Our service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we will notify subscribers by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
