Deleting your account from within the service
If you have an active login, you can delete your account yourself:
Sign in at cronusmarketintelligence.com.
Open your account settings.
Select Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
Deleting your account cancels your subscription so that no further payments are taken, ends your access immediately, and signs you out of any device where you are signed in.
Requesting deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we handle it, email us and we will delete your account for you:
Please send your request from the email address on the account, and put “Account deletion request” in the subject line. If you write from a different address we may need to ask you some questions to confirm that the account is yours.
We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete. We aim to action requests within seven days and will always do so within the period required by applicable law.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- Your email address and account identifier.
- Your stored password.
- Your subscription tier, status and entitlement records.
- Your alert preferences, including any mobile number you provided for text alerts and any device token stored for push notifications.
- Your AI assistant usage records.
What is kept, and for how long
We retain a minimal record of the transaction history associated with your subscription where we are required to do so for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Payment records are held by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., in accordance with their own retention obligations. These records are not used to contact you or to provide the service.
Server logs containing IP addresses and request times are retained for a short period for security purposes and are then discarded in the ordinary course.
Cancelling without deleting
If you want to stop paying but keep your account, you can cancel your subscription instead. Sign in, open your account settings, and select Manage Subscription. Cancelling ends future billing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
